Officine VisualArch deals with the integrated design of highly energy-efficient buildings under the KlimaHaus Protocol. A KlimaHaus project requires high expertise and technical knowledge that is in the planning stages in the implementation phases.

The firm is also able to follow the authorization process for the issuance of the Certificate and the Placard by the Klimahaus Agency, by having an internal KlimaHaus expert Consultant and Certifier.

The firm has the goal to control and overall manage all the main parameters involved in a construction site, to ensure compliance with the time, cost and quality.

Related to the worksite, the study is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, and the technical and administrative documentation. In addition, the study verifies the worksite management, monitors the contractors, the materials and the conformity with the design and specifications.

Officine VisualArch, in recent years, dealt with several constructing companies, acquiring the necessary technical skills to provide support during the construction phases. Past experiences allowed us to develop skills such as to identify critical issues and possible proposals for improvement, especially in the context of a more efficient envelope, the identification of issues related to thermal bridges and their resolution.

The firm also deals with Safety in design and execution phases in the context of temporary or mobile construction sites, as places where it is necessary to safeguard and protect the health and safety of workers. The Building and Safety Coordinator is therefore a key figure in an intermediate position between clients, architect or engineer, companies and staff working at the construction site.

The role and responsibilities of Building and Safety Coordinator are regulated by Italian Legislative Decree n° 81/08 "Law on health and safety at work”.
